Albany Capital Center Logo

Logo design for Albany Capital Center, a new, state-of-the-art event space in the heart of downtown Albany, NY.  The venue is part of the Capital Complex, comprised of four unique meeting and event venues and classified as the largest meeting space in upstate New York. There is a lot symbolism inside this logo – the large shape in the background is a stylized representation of New York State, the negative space within the shape points to the city of Albany, the background shapes twist slightly to mimic tulip petals – the city’s official flower, and the colors an ode to the official state colors of New York – blue and gold.
